About The National Junior Honor Society

Beginning with the 2015 - 2016 school year, Sacred Heart Catholic School is proud to sponsor a chapter of the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS).

Established in 1929, the National Junior Honor Society is the nation's premiere organization established to recognize outstanding middle school level students. The Sacred Heart Catholic School NJHS Chapter serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, citizenship, character and catholicity. Chapter membership not only recognizes students for their accomplishments, but challenges them to develop further through active involvement in school activities and community service.
